How do your storage services work?

We've made storage simple, affordable and easy to use across all areas of the UK.

You can store by-the-box or using one of our storage container units.

By-the-box is our most affordable option and you can store from as little as one small box.

If you have furniture or bulky items that dont fit in boxes, select either a 1/2 or full container.

Then select the date and time you want us to collect everything from your doorstep and that's it.

Sit back and relax while we do the hard work.

What other locations do you service?

We will collect from almost everywhere in mainland UK, so that includes England, Wales and Scotland.

Can you return my items to a different location?

Absolutely, we can return your items to anywhere across mainland UK.

If your return is more than 20 miles from your collection address, there will be a surcharge of 50p* per mile of the total distance. 

We also offer international shipping if your return is even further away. Contact us for a quote.

Are my items insured?

Yes, of course! We offer complimentary coverage of £100 per box. For anything more please contact us.

Do you offer weekend collections?

Our online availability is Monday to Friday.

Weekends are possible in specific locations and subject to availability. Please reach out to one of the team and they will assist further.

Can you help with packing up my items?

Of course! We offer a whole range of moving services, including packing.

We can provide all the necessary packing materials to make sure all your items are protected and transported securely.

Then our professional movers will pack everything away ready for your move.

How does insurance work?

We provide complimentary goods in transit insurance for up to £10,000.

For any items that require a higher level of cover just reach out to the team and this can be arranged.

How do I get an estimate for moving services?

We try to make it as quick and painless as possible. You can book here straight away.

If you are unsure and need some assistance, we can arrange a video survey to run through everything with you.

Are there any hidden costs that I should be aware of?

Some companies will try to lure you in with cheap deals and then surprise you with hidden costs.
